Working Principle:
The entry conveyor ensures proper spacing between consecutive packs to facilitate accurate weighing.
The weighing conveyor transports each pack at a controlled speed and measures the weight while the pack moves.
Once weighed, the exit conveyor directs the pack to either the acceptance or rejection side. If the pack’s weight deviates from the set target, the rejection mechanism on the exit platform activates.
The actuation signal triggers the rejection mechanism to remove the faulty pack from the accepted area and place it in the rejection area.
