Koldpack sleeve applicator in multi-functional machine that can run sleeves in roll form and is capable of applying full body sleeve or a sleeve at a particular location on the bottle. This can be done by a specially designed attachment. Servo/stepper based label feed & cutting system so you can rely on high speed, better accuracy & great repeatability of label every time The steam tunnel comes immediately after the sleeve applicator machine, which shrinks the label perfectly onto the bottle taking the shape of the container without any creases. Steam is controlled economically by controlled valves and can be directed at the label precisely. Another option is a hot air system where steam is not available.
The Machine is well guarded in elegant SS matte finish frame with interlocking door safeties & Interactive intelligence by means of a huge TFT Colour touch screen with all necessary alerts via real time clock & troubleshooting information.

Operation
Sleeve labelling machine is a fully automatic multifunctional machine that is directly connected to filling linen conveyer. After sensing the bottles on conveyer the guide roll has done equally space between bottles & then it will move below the center applicator where label dispensing on bottle is done. . By using servo motor the label is cut at a present length & it moves down by using the rotation brush. The steam tunnel comes immediately after the sleeve applicator machine, which shrinks the label perfectly onto the bottle taking the shape of the container without any creases.
