iR-dPaBox Robotic DE palletizer handles incoming random loads or homogeneous loads using a single robot cell. The vision-guided ViPoCo technology system identifies each carton on a layer, then picks one or more cases at a time and places them single file on a sorter infeed system. The proven technology is a reliable and flexible solution to handle all of your incoming needs.
iR-dPaBag, iR-BagEmpty
iR-dPaBag Robotic de-palletizer handles Bag from incoming pallet single robot cell. The vision-guided ViPoCo technology system identifies each Bag on a layer, then picks one or more Bags at a time and track to fine cutting area. The bags are then cut open, the contents are dumped into a hopper, and the empty bag is discarded. The use of multiple safety zones allows the operator to remove empty pallets and load full pallets while the cell continues to operate.
