This section contains the necessary equipment for making sugar syrup. Sugar syrup with a Brix of 65 will be made by dissolving sugar in warm water. After the sugar syrup has been made, it is filtered and chilled before being transferred to the Ready Sugar Syrup storage tank. Syrup would be moved from the ready Sugar Syrup storage tank to the Blending tanks as needed.
The beverage will be created in this stage by combining water, flavour, sugar syrup, and additions. Flavour will be supplied from the concentrate tank, syrup from the ready sugar syrup storage tank, and water will be sent to the blending tank where it will be mixed at a predetermined speed and time by an agitator assembly powered by a motor and gearbox. Following that, the beverage will be delivered to the carbonator for additional processing.
