Operation
The bottles are loaded on the cup-holding platform, and the bottles are cleaned in four stations of washing. Specially designed cup holders are provided to hold cups. The bottles are placed in an inverted position in these cup holders. The spraying nozzle does the washing of the bottle. Each and every cup is washed at four stations for proper cleaning and then air-sprayed for drying the bottle. Solenoid valves are provided to enable the regulation of wash timings; it also sprays water when cups are stopped, which means saving water. Robotic arms unloading the washed bottle to the conveyers. After that, the bottles are conveyed to filling stations.
The empty container is loaded on the platform below the nozzle; sensing the container in its proper place, filling valves will deliver the set volume through nozzles. Each time after automatic placement of the container, Nozzle will deliver the exact volume as set in the touch-screen PLC. After filling, the bottle will transfer to capping for the perfect capping operation.
