Specification:
The Glass Bottle Line KLWM-60 is available in two models with capacities of 300 Bottles per Hour (BPH) and 900 BPH.
Koldpack engineers both models to handle bottles ranging from 200 ml to 2000 ml, powered by a 420 V, 3‑phase AC supply.
The washing cycle includes Hot Water, Detergent Water, Product Water, and Air Wash, with the 900 BPH model optionally supporting Mineral Water rinse.
The water consumption is approximately 360 liters/hour for the 300 BPH model and 720 liters/hour for the 900 BPH model at 0.2 to 0.25 MPa pressure. Both models consume about 2.5 CFM of compressed air at 4–6 Bar.
