Working Functionality of our Machine:
Our machines function by loading bottles onto cup-holding platforms, and undergoing cleaning at four washing stations.
Specially designed cup holders securely hold bottles for effective washing by spraying nozzles.
Each cup undergoes washing at all four stations, followed by air spraying for drying.
Solenoid valves regulate wash timings and water spraying, optimizing water usage.
Robotic arms then unload washed bottles onto conveyors for transport to filling stations.
Empty containers are loaded onto platforms beneath nozzles, and upon proper placement sensing, filling valves dispense preset volumes.
The nozzle precisely delivers the set volume as programmed in the touch screen PLC for each positioned container.
After filling, bottles proceed to the capping station for flawless capping operations.
Bottle Life Cycle Management
Bottle life cycle management involves uploading data from each bottling plant to the Central Cloud Database Server.
You can generate Online Bottle Life Cycle Reports, including batch-wise or date-wise reports.
We also generate daily production reports from all bottling plants.
