Operation
The labelling machine positions containers with precise spacing using a belt spacing device and secures them with a top-holding belt drive mechanism. It supports one-side labelling for flat containers and wrap-around labelling for round containers. An electronic sensor detects each container and triggers the release of a label from the self-adhesive roll.
If equipped with a batch printing device, it prints batch numbers and additional information on the label while it is stationary between label applications. The labelled container then moves along the conveyor to a pressing device, which ensures the label is applied neatly and securely.
