The RFC-GLASS FILL Series 3-in-1 Tri-Block Machine combines a glass bottle rinser, filler, and capper into one advanced unit. It features Ultra-Fill CSD valves utilizing counter-pressure technology, which first evacuates air before hygienically filling the bottle. This ensures a long shelf life for carbonated soft drinks, beer, and carbonated pulpy drinks while maintaining the product's flavor. The counter-pressure filling method eliminates the need for mesh, allowing for higher production rates and preserving the quality of the product.

This fully automatic machine integrates washing, filling, and capping functions into a single system, equipped with cutting-edge man-machine interface technology and PLC automation. It includes specialized ROPP or CROWN-type capping heads, making it adaptable to various bottle types.
