The Koldpack carton sealing machine is designed for ease of use, catering to both beginners and seasoned operators. It efficiently performs two key functions: closing flaps with curved rods and back flappers, followed by the precise application of BOPP tape. With minimal adjustments required, our machines accommodate any box size, ensuring accurate and error-free sealing.
Working:
The open-flap carton box is fed onto the pressing conveyor via a bottom roller conveyor. Initially, pneumatic flappers close the front and back flaps. Subsequently, secure the secure the guide rods and press the remaining side flaps. The tapping section, equipped with dual pressing rollers, performs precise BOPP tape application, including side taping for a complete seal. Finally, the fully sealed carton is discharged from the outfeed conveyor.
